Art of Souling

From (dis)connecting
to unity, empowerment, and

co-creation of New Earth

From the moment we come into this world, encased in our human bodies, we find ourselves as seemingly separate beings, yearning for connection. We seek physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bonds—ultimately, we seek love. Love is the lifeblood of our existence, essential for our survival. Imagine a baby receiving all the nourishment it needs yet lacking the warmth of a loving connection; without love, life itself withers.

Love and connection form the very essence of life.

Yet, within this physical reality, we must confront the stark contrast of separateness and disconnection. When we examine this phenomenon through the lens of human experience and history, we uncover a long, collective tale marked by extreme violence and insanity, culminating in today’s so-called “highly intelligent reality,” which often feels more like total madness. It’s disheartening to note that over half of today’s teenagers—the very hope for our future—harbor a pervasive sense of doom, believing that a positive future for our planet is unattainable. Given the narratives and images fed to us by our “highly intelligent” social culture, their despair seems justified. We are living in an age marked by unprecedented disconnection, one that threatens the very fabric of our world and existence.

Can we change this trajectory?

Yes, we can and must, should we choose to participate in the ongoing story of our species and our planet. We have the capacity to reconnect with our essence, our home, and our hearts—an awakening to a deeper knowing that transcends mere acquired knowledge. This journey invites us to remember who we truly are. I refer to this profound intelligence as Organic Intelligence (OI)—the innate wisdom that has always existed and will forever endure. It represents the Mother of all creation, the force that sustains and nurtures all life in Her loving embrace.

His story: the history of disconnection.

Her story: the era of connection.

Throughout my life, I have navigated phases of both connection and disconnection. As a child, I was blessed to grow up amidst the pristine beauty of nature, only to witness its rapid degradation at the hands of a modern system—one that claims to be cultured and democratic yet often feels like a well-oiled machine of destruction, promising connections that have since become mere illusions. As a naive teenager raised in nature, where everything is interconnected, I assumed that such knowledge was universal. Trusting various teachers and preachers who claimed to understand the world's workings, I found myself seduced by their manipulative rhetoric.

This led to a painful journey, marked by a gradual disconnection from my true self, replacing my silence and creativity with the thoughts and expectations of others. I felt compelled to conform to the success and manifestation machinery to navigate my own survival while the world around me continued to engulf the untouched nature I once cherished.

I could not fathom that humanity would exploit its treasures, turning them into mass-produced items we truly don’t need and throw away sooner rather than later. This realization filled me with profound sadness, followed by anger, and ultimately led to a closing off of my heart and an increasing sense of disconnection. Yet, beneath it all, a deep longing for connection persisted, guiding me down various paths to reestablish that bond. Some avenues proved supportive, while others were less than healthy. I found myself ensnared by modern addictions—tobacco, alcohol, overeating, excessive busyness, and, at times, mind-altering substances. I sought to connect with higher realms to bridge the gap created by disconnection.

The Soup of My Soul

Growing up in nature imbued me with a sensitivity to the unity of all existence, rendering the pain of humanity and the planet as my own. Over time, I learned to cope, yet my suffering deepened. I could maintain a positive facade, even speak as an inspirational voice, while internally, something was brewing—a transformative alchemy within the depths of my being. It was a melding of pain and connection, a simmering Soup of my Soul—a medicine I was unaware I needed.

During this profound period of inner stirring, life stripped away distractions and guided me back to a deep union with the natural world. In this sacred space, I could finally hear my Soul’s voice, allowing us to spend hours in each other’s company, preparing me for what lay ahead. She revealed to me our shared essence as creators, igniting our innate desires to dance, sing, play, and express our boundless creativity. My Soul taught me through experience, awakening my artistic spirit—a poet, a singer, a musician, a writer, a dancer, a philosopher, and more.

Gradually, I felt the pain of separation began to dissolve. The feelings of purposelessness and despair shifted, replaced by inspiration and clarity amidst the dark night of the Soul—both for myself and for the collective. I came to understand that suffering held its own place and purpose, both personally and collectively. I recognized my role in assisting others to connect with the Divine within themselves, to reestablish their Soul-Connection, just as I had begun to do.

Art for ULTIMATE CREATION

I refer to this process as art, yet to me, it is a prayer—a conscious act that transcends the historical weight of the term. Art possesses a neutrality that allows for the expression of spirit without the confines of dogma. I have witnessed how religions have attempted to capture the spirit of freedom but often fell into rigid systems that fail to resonate. True connection is not about ritual or acquired knowledge; it is a magical co-creation with the present moment, using the fundamental elements of our existence.

To me, prayer represents the ultimate creation, a force that transcends both art and science. I reconnected with my breath, a connection I had lost, a connection that many of us seem to have forgotten. I had to learn to breathe again—not more, but less and deeper. In life, we often need less yet deeper engagement. Still, there are times when intense breathing patterns can release stagnant energy, ushering in freshness and clarity of mind and empowering the connection to the Soul.

This rebirth granted me a new life—one I had never had the power to embrace before.

I rediscovered my voice and my passion for singing. With newfound breath, I tapped into mystical and subtle realms previously deemed inaccessible. The educational institutions of my youth had led me to believe that such realities were beyond my grasp, stifling my voice and my dreams. Yet, my heart yearned to be a musician and singer, a connection I could only reclaim by allowing that part of myself to emerge—no formal study was required, just inspiration from my Soul and a dash of practice.

Eventually, I learned that the Soup of my Soul could take shape, form, and purpose in this world. The ingredients I discovered and nurtured became friends, essential for crafting a nourishing and flavorful soup I could share with myself and others.

When I asked my Soul what we should name this creation, the answer was clear:

“Art of Souling”

It is a living prayer—ever fresh, never repeating, constantly evolving through practice. It embodies relaxation and meditation, a co-creation shared by every participating Soul, representing unity. This connection fosters the New Earth, rekindling the relationship between those willing to embrace OI, the organic intelligence that governs natural order.

We need not know how if we understand our why and live it. Everything else will fall into place.

And truly, it requires so little to ignite the deepest parts of ourselves—just a touch of presence, a willingness to let go and allow, a splash of joy, a deeper breath, a hint of sacred music, perhaps even a shared song with others if the spirit moves us.

Scientific view on the subject of humming and singing.

When I started looking into the subject and finding scientific proof of the profound effects that humming and singing have on our well-being and health, I was truly blown away. As a collective, how did I manage to forget such truths? Or, as we had no scientific proof, we thought it was just some fun we could have when we had nothing else to do. Could not be more wrong.

Humming serves as a sound healing technique, a powerful inner massage fostering alignment and positive change. Sound, as vibration, holds the potential to heal and transform. The humble hum can reduce stress, enhance calm, improve sleep, and heal us in remarkable ways. The vibrations produced by our humming can resonate at the sub-atomic level, altering molecular structures.

Our parasympathetic nervous system, the true healer within us, is intricately linked to the vagus nerve—a mystical conduit related to perception, listening, and vocalization. This nerve carries impulses that lower blood pressure, slow heart rates, dilate blood vessels, activate digestion, and restore energy. Our voice, our breath, our heart rate, and our digestive health are all influenced by this nerve, which, in turn, responds to sound.

The implications are clear: reducing stress and harmful hormones like cortisol. Recent studies indicate a significant increase in nitric oxide levels through humming, which bolsters our immune, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems. Furthermore, heightened melatonin levels—produced by the pineal gland—regulate our circadian cycles, serving as a biological clock and antioxidant, supporting our immune systems and reducing inflammation. By activating the pineal gland, often referred to as the seat of the soul, we can enhance our sleep, aging process, immune response, and much more—simply through self-created sound.

Additionally, the pituitary gland works in harmony with the hypothalamus to produce endorphins, especially during joyful activities like making love, playing music, dancing, and singing—particularly when we hum. Endorphins are powerful neurotransmitters that block pain and foster feelings of pleasure and euphoria. Consider the times you find yourself humming; it’s often when you’re happy. Happiness begets humming.

When we gather to hum or sing as a group, we experience the release of oxytocin, fostering feelings of closeness, deep connection, friendship, and intimacy—often referred to as the trust or love hormone.

Reflect on honeybees, whose humming vibrations carry profound healing effects. Interestingly, NASA's studies on their aerodynamics concluded that, based on traditional physics, bees shouldn't be able to fly. Yet they do, utilizing the frequencies they generate to lift their bodies and fly.

What if the true formula for happiness resides in the frequencies we create for ourselves? Just breathe, hum, and savor the flowers; everything else will fall into place. Wouldn’t that be truly magical? A radical leap into self-love, care, and compassion.

Shall we give it a try?
