To be the spokesperson for the new, you have to learn the language of the old. 

Just consider that life will strip you to the bone to follow your destiny without question,

until you submit to your dharma,
your true purpose before anyone had an opinion.

Great leaders are destined. All this leadership industry is a fuss. You can´t pick it up and become one overnight. 

You must undergo tough times and significant testing before life gives you that task. 

Leaders are born through humility. They have fallen poorly so often, often renounced by their followers, families, friends, and society. 

Because they bring new, and new is never received openly. It’s firstly challenged loud. 

And yet, they still, carrying their message, manage to rise from the slough, keeping their hearts and minds open and continuing, no matter what.

Authentic leadership is not about self-empowerment.

It's about surrender. 

And that is not about bowing in front of the altar; it’s a hardcore one…

It’s about letting go of all the definitions of oneself. 

Humility is letting others think whatever they want but living the truth above else’s, in your own heart.
